Put your faith into action in tangible ways on mission/work trips—building,
feeding, teaching. Sometimes we're right here in Iowa, other times we
travel around the world. The point of mission/work trips to give and
to serve, yet almost always in the process, we discover that our own
eyes and hearts are opened. When we give, we find ourselves receiving.
Going on mission/work trip allows us to see and be involved with different
cultures and the church in these other contexts. The group that serves
together is woven together with a special bond by sharing this experience.
