Second Fridays at Second—Davis Folkerts, our Organist Emeritus, resumes his monthly series of recitals on February 10 at 12:05 PM. All are welcome!
Faith & Film—our annual series of engaging and provocative movies begins on Sunday, February 12 at 5 PM in the Gathering Space. We enjoy a movie together and then have a brief time of feedback and discussion. Faith & Film will gather again on February 26, March 4 and 18. Check back to see the titles of the movies we’ll watch. They’ll be good!
Pizza Lunch—Sunday, February 19, after Sunday School, around noon in Fellowship Hall. A simple, casual meal. Lots of kid. An opportunity to chat and meet new folks.
Ash Wednesday, February 22—the first day of the season of Lent. Lent is a time of preparation and renewal in our journey toward Easter.
Living Green!—Tuesday, February 28, 7-8:30 PM in the Gathering Space. Bring your friends and neighbors to this informative, exciting time where all sorts of local experts, farmers and other groups will be available to share great, realistic ways for you to take care of yourself and take care of creation.
SALT, Wednesday, February 29, 6 PM in Fellowship Hall. Sharing And Learning Together is a warm meal and hearty fellowship shared together. About 6:40 we shift to intergenerational devotions and by 7 PM, we are homeward bound—warmed with good food and the Holy Spirit.
